For this client we are looking on regular basis for pur sang Change Managers. Focus on Change and Communication Strategy & Execution around large scale behavioral change programs, European focus.



Specific tasks of the role include, but are not limited to :

  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Messaging to a broad European audience,
  • Developing change network to drive change in territories
  • Developing, monitoring and measuring adoption and behavior change
  • Schedule, and develop required communication marketing collaterals to support change campaign
  • Work effectively with project team to plan, schedule, and develop all the required content
  • Develop measurable end-to-end change strategies 
  • Deliverables: stakeholder maps, change networks, communication toolkit, adoption metrics, adoption tracker, marketing and collateral materials



  • Been active as a pur sang change consultant (so not a linemanager or projectmanager with change experience), and experienced in the development and implementation of organizational transition plans, tools , workshops and communication strategies
  • Experience with large scale behavioral change programs
  • Strategic, tactical and operational change experience in big projects/programms (scope about a thousand employees or more)
  • Conceptual thinker , but also a hands-on mentality
  • A warm and persuasive personality that lays easily contact and can switch on different levels
  • Type : sportive, young mindset , fast and dynamic
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • At least 8-10 years work experience, preferably within the field of change management
