We only process personal data for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telecommunications Act.

About us

The Springtoday.nl website is managed by SPRING TODAY B.V. and SPRING TODAY Consulting B.V.. In this document referred to as SPRING TODAY. Both are (within their own process) responsible for the processing of your data in the context of the GDPR Act.

What data do we collect?

When you are registered for our newsletter, you have requested a download, you have registered for an online workshop and/or training, you have completed a contact form, you have made a purchase or you make other requests for one of our products and/or services. you are asked to fill in your details. We only process the data that you provide to us yourself. This can be the following data:

In the event of a job application and/or nomination in connection with a consultancy assignment, your data will be included by SPRING TODAY in our recruitment system and used for the handling of recruitment & selection/assignment procedures. Among other things, the following data is processed:

Availability
resume and motivation.
The data you provide to SPRING TODAY, including CV and motivation, will be removed by SPRING TODAY for a period of 2 years after the application/assignment procedure has ended.

For what purpose do we use the personal data?

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

  • We use your first name and e-mail address for sending commercial newsletters and retargeting for Facebook advertisements. We only do this with the data that we have obtained through downloading documents and requesting workshops/trainings, not with data that has been received via our contact, current job application or application forms.
  • Your first name, e-mail address and telephone number that you enter in an application form, current vacancies and contact form are used to respond to the contact request. We store this data in Active Campaign and will send you an e-mail here once to request permission to comply with the GDPR Act. If no permission is given, this data will be deleted at the end of each month. This is also indicated on the relevant forms.
  • Your personal data is used for Recruitment & Selection and Assignment procedures to ensure optimal matching of candidates with (future) vacancies. SPRING TODAY can also provide your personal data to third parties (Clients), if and insofar as this is necessary for the recruitment & selection/assignment procedure intended to bring Candidates and Clients into contact with each other. Given the function as a recruitment/consultancy agency, if necessary, name, address, place of residence details as well as the personal data that can be found in vacancies and CVs can be passed on between Clients and Candidates. Clients have their own responsibility with regard to personal data of Candidates. Ask the relevant Client how it uses your personal data.

Your data on Springtoday.nl

When you are registered for our newsletter, have requested a download, have registered for an (online) workshop and/or training, have completed an application or contact form, have registered to receive current vacancies or have made a purchase and do not want to receive an email from us in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.

Your e-mail address will be immediately removed from our file and will not be saved.

Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes through the servers of Active Campaign.
Active Campaign’s servers are located in the United States. Your data can therefore be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. The transfer of this data takes place on the basis of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. More information about the United States privacy policy can be found here.

In addition, we share data that we have obtained through requesting a workshop/training with Facebook in order to create advertising target groups.

SPRING TODAY Shop

We use the information provided by you to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. We will not sell and/or provide your information to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order.

When making a payment in the Springtoday.nl webshop, you will always be referred to the website of a so-called Payment Processor by means of a secure connection for the transaction. Your payment details (credit card number, Paypal login or Ideal details) are not passed on to our servers and are therefore not stored by Springtoday.nl. The only data we store is:

  • First and last name
  • To deliver your order to the right person
  • Address, zip code and place of residence
  • We use this address for the correct delivery of your order
  • phone number
    If we want to inform you about your order or pass on last-minute changed information about your training, we will also do this by telephone at certain times. This is never mandatory to fill in.
  • e-mail address
    With every order you will receive a confirmation and invoice by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. If it is an order that is being shipped, PostNL (and/or MyParcel) will send an e-mail on our behalf with the track & trace code.
  • IP address
    Your IP address is stored when you place your order to recognize misuse during payment.

If you start a transaction and it is not completed, your transaction data (name, address, e-mail and IP) will be removed from our server at the end of this month.

Security of personal data

We have taken appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption by means of an SSL certificate and two-factor authentication, ensure a level of security that matches the data we process.

Retention period
