A brief history
SPRING TODAY was founded in 2015 by Lisette Weersink. “I’ve always been interested in the interplay between people and organizations. How can you reach the best results possible together with the people within the organization?”
I was lucky because my growth path as a change expert was linear to the maturity of this field of expertise. In the 1990’s I studied Organizational Psychology. During that timeframe, the importance and interest of change management theories emerged. When I started working as a consultant in one of the bigger firms, the realization arose within these organizations that using an integrated approach is a necessity to make your big change initiatives successful. You can set up new systems, but change doesn’t happen without clear governance, processes, and committed people.
You need a ‘holistic view’ where engagement and adaption by stakeholders of the change are crucial to achieving the intended results.
In 2015, the world changed drastically with trends like globalization and digitalization.
I noticed that there was a lot of rigidity and fear inside big organizations. The way they were organized made them not resilient enough to respond to rapidly changing markets and contexts. Moreover, their change capacity was often lacking.
That’s why I launched SPRING TODAY, to accelerate change so organizations can stay on top of their game and stay relevant for the day of tomorrow. We do so by connecting Change and Transformation professionals in the field with Top 100 organizations”.

In the years to follow, SPRING TODAY jumped through hoops to put change management on the map. This is our mission. Our raison d’être. Because we believe that the ability to change is the one determining factor for organizations to stand the test of time and make a lasting impact.

We do this in multiple ways:

Additionally, we’ve built a database with over 1500 change & transformation candidates. And a network with over 5.000 people, who are also passionate about accelerating the change capability in organizations.
