Our client (a big multinational) has a change manager's role vacant for a roll out of a new CRM SAP IT system. Are you the pur sang behavioral change management expert, and you match the following criteria, we would be more than happy to get in touch with you! Fulltime role (with a minimum of 32 h a/wk). Interim or short term project contract are both possible.
Degree with relevant Organizational Change Management experience or degree in Psychology, Sociology, Organizational behavior, Business Management,
Excellent with the English language, both written and spoken
At least 3-10 years relevant work experience in Organizational Change Management, Project Management, communication and training.
Experience in working for a multinational company on large and complex global transformations.
Strong change management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with SAP/CRM IT implementation projects
Sensitive to a diverse and multi-cultural environment
Outstanding networker with strong people management en stakeholdermanagement skills
Takes personal accountability and ownerships of tasks
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Available for at least 32 h a/wk, preferable 38 h awk
